Removal and Installation
- Upload the FDIM configuration information to the scan tool. For additional information, refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION SYSTEM article.
- Remove the center instrument panel finish panel. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE article.
- Remove the 4 screws and the FDIM.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE:
Module configuration is required when a new Front Display Interface Module (FDIM) is being installed.
- Download the configuration information to the FDIM. For additional information, refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION SYSTEM article.
