Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The OCSM communicates with the scan tool through the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN).

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 86 (10A) is OK.
