Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The TCM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BJB fuses 34 (40A), 42 (7.5A) and CJB fuse 23 (7.5A) are OK.
