NOTE:
Make sure the buttons are not stuck in the pressed position from foreign material. CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). WAIT at least 10 seconds and then REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC is retrieved again, INSTALL a new RACM. Refer to: Rear Audio Control Module (RACM)
