Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The TCM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN1 (diesel engine only).

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BJB fuses 33 (10A) and 94 (15A) are OK.
