DTC U0423: Invalid Data Received from Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module

Failure	Action
00	This DTC sets if the SASM receives invalid data in the messages from the IPC. RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all IPC and GWM DTCs. REFER to the Diagnosis and Testing in Module Communications Network or Information Center - Instrumentation, Message Center And Warning Chimes . If there are no DTCs in either module, the DTC may be caused by an intermittent concern. SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all IPC and GWM electrical connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary.
