Neutral Switch - A/T

Fig. 14 Connecting A Circuit Tester To Neutral Switch Terminal Ground:

1. Operate vehicle at approximately 9 mph on a dynamometer.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from neutral switch.
3. Connect circuit tester between neutral switch terminal and ground Fig. 14.
4. Ensure continuity when vehicle is stopped and no continuity when vehicle speed is increased.
