Heater Core: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain cooling system.
2. Remove crash pad and instrument panel frame.
3. Disconnect defroster hose, then set heater control lever to DEF position and disconnect DEF wire.
4. Set heater control lever to HOT position and disconnect HOT wire.
5. Disconnect heater hose at engine, then remove heater core.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
