With Manual Transaxle (MTX)

CAUTION: Never apply voltage to Signal Monitor terminals A and B; equipment damage will result.

1. Unplug PCME connectors and connect Mazda Engine Signal Monitor or aftermarket equivalent.
2. Measure voltage at each terminal and compare to charts.
3. If any terminal voltage is incorrect, check the related input or output devices and wiring. If no problem is found, replace the PCME.
