Using Scan Tool

Connect appropriate scan tool according to manufacturer's instruction. See FAULT CODE TESTERS  . Retrieve fault codes. If more than one code is stored, most important code will be displayed. After indicated code has been serviced, retrieve any further codes. To exit self-diagnostics, drive vehicle at a speed greater than 10 MPH, turn ignition switch to LOCK position or turn main switch off. Ensure cruise indicator light goes out.
