Change Motor Position Switch: Notes

  1. Connect ohmmeter to terminals "A" and "D" of change motor. Connect 12 volts to terminal 2A (+) and 2B (-). See Figure . Check for continuity once per motor revolution.
  2. Move ohmmeter leads to terminals "B" and "D" and repeat continuity check as in step 1)  . Move ohmmeter leads to terminals "C" and "D" and repeat continuity check. If any continuity test fails, replace change motor.
