Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Sensor is located on front of engine near crankshaft pulley. Remove engine undercover. Remove sensor bolts and sensor. Disconnect wiring connector. To install, replace sensor and loosely install mounting bolts. Using a feeler gauge, adjust sensor air gap to .020-.060" (.5-1.5 mm). To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
