Ignition Cable: Service and Repair

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Reinstall the Ignition Cables to their original positions. Incorrect installation can damage the leads and cause power loss, and negatively effect electronic components.

INSPECTION
1. Measure the resistance of the Ignition Cables.

Specification: 16 kohms per 1.00 m (3.28 ft.) @ 20°C (68 °F).

2. If not as specified, replace the Ignition Cable.
