Throttle Position Sensor

Measure the voltage at PCM terminal 3F:
Closed throttle 0.3 - 1.0 Volts
Wide open throttle 2.8 - 4.5 Volts

NOTE: Verify that the voltage increase is directly proportioned to the throttle valve opening angle.
