Caster Adjustment

  1. Jack up the front of the vehicle and support it on safety stands.
  2. Remove the mounting block nuts.

    CAUTION:
    • Adjust the caster by turning the mounting block as shown so that the direction indicator is located at position A. If the direction indicator faces toward the inside of the vehicle, the camber and caster will be out of specifications.
  3. Push the mounting block downward, and turn the direction indicator to position A.

    Adjustable value -30' 

  4. Install and tighten the mounting nuts to the specified torque.

    Tightening torque 

    46.1-62.7 N.m {4.71-6.39 kgf.m, 34.1-46.2 ft.lbf}
