Radiator Removal/Installation

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
- Remove the air cleaner. (See L3: INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3] , AJ: INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AJ] .)
- Remove the shroud panel. (See SHROUD PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the cooling fan. (See COOLING FAN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the upper radiator hose from the radiator. (L3 engine model)
- Disconnect the oil hose from the radiator. (ATX)
- Remove the engine coolant reserve hose. (AJ engine model)
- Remove in the order indicated. See Fig 1.
- Install in the reverse order of the removal.
- Add the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
