SAS Control Module: Removal

- Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING SYSTEM under DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM.
- SAS control module is located under center of instrument panel. Roll back carpet to access SAS control module. Disconnect module connectors and remove retaining nuts. See Figure . Remove SAS control module.
