Instrument Cluster Module (ICM) Programming - NGS Tester: Notes

NOTE:
- The ignition key must be in Key ON, Engine OFF (KOEO) position unless instructed otherwise.
NOTE:
- Make sure the battery is at 12 volts or higher for programming. All procedures require using NGS Tester flash cable (49G0-88-0110).
