Radiator Removal/Installation

WARNING:
- Remove and install all parts when the engine is cold, otherwise they can cause severe burns or serious injury.
- Remove the engine cover. (See ENGINE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the battery cover.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
- Remove the following.
- Splash shield
- Under cover
- Battery, battery box (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Air cleaner component, air cleaner insulator (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- PCM duct
- Position the coolant reserve tank out of the way. (See COOLANT RESERVE TANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the ATF oil cooler hose. (AT)
- Remove in the order indicated in the table.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- Add engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
- Inspect for engine coolant leakage. (See ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE INSPECTION .)
