System Operation Check

Turn ignition on. AIR BAG warning light in instrument cluster should illuminate for 6 seconds and turn off. If AIR BAG warning light remains illuminated, does nor illuminate, or flashes continuously, there is a malfunction in air bag system. See DIAGNOSTICS .
