Using NGS Tester

Connect NGS tester to Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition switch on. Select PID/DATA MONITOR AND RECORD function, then press TRIGGER. Select CPP/PNP, then press start. Depress and release clutch pedal. Ensure operation is as specified by NGS tester, CLUTCH SWITCH SPECIFICATIONS  table. If operation is as specified, clutch position circuit is okay. If operation is not as specified, check clutch switch continuity. If switch is okay, repair clutch switch circuit. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
