Keyless Control Module

  1. Remove rear package trim. Locate keyless entry unit behind rear seat, in trunk/hatch compartment. Leave keyless entry unit harness connector attached. Using DVOM, measure voltage at specified terminals of keyless entry unit connector (backprobe connector). See Figure .
  2. Disconnect harness connector before checking continuity at terminal "B" (ground). If voltage measurements or continuity are not as specified, check related components and wiring harnesses. If related components and wiring harnesses are okay, but system is still not functioning properly, replace keyless entry unit.
