Dashboard Disassembly/Assembly

  1. Remove the instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER .
  2. Remove center air vents. Remove screws attaching A/C-heater control unit to instrument panel and disconnect electrical connector. Remove the climate control unit.
  3. Remove the audio unit.
  4. Disassemble in the order indicated in Fig 1 .
  5. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
