Evaporator Temperature Sensor Inspection

Turn the AUTO switch on. (Full-auto air conditioner)
Set the temperature control to MAX COLD.
Push the A/C switch.
Set the RECIRCULATE mode.
Close all doors and windows.
Wait for 5 minutes.
Remove the glove compartment.
Disconnect the evaporator temperature sensor.
Measure the temperature at the blower inlet.
Measure the resistance between terminals of the evaporator temperature sensor.
- If the resistance is not as shown in the graph, replace the evaporator temperature sensor.
