1		No	If CAN circuits faults; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, See NO MODULE/NETWORK COMMUNICATION - CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) . If SCP circuits fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, See NO MODULE/NETWORK COMMUNICATION - SCP LINK . If ISO circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, See NO MODULE/NETWORK COMMUNICATION - ISO 9141 NETWORK . If no response from the diagnostic tool, See NO MODULE/NETWORK COMMUNICATION - NO POWER TO THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL .
