Front CROSSMEMBER Removal/Installation: Notes

  1. Remove the front exhaust pipe. (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  2. Remove the engine mount member. (See ENGINE MOUNT MEMBER REMOVAL NOTE .)
  3. Remove the steering gear and linkage. (See STEERING GEAR AND LINKAGE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Remove the front lower arm. (See FRONT LOWER ARM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  7. Inspect the front wheel alignment if necessary.
