Circuit Open/Short Inspection

Inspect the following wiring harnesses for open or short circuit (continuity check).

Open circuit
- If there is no continuity, there is an open circuit. Repair or replace the harness.
  - Fuel pump unit terminal C*¹ , A*² and fuel pump relay terminal C
  - Fuel pump unit terminal B*¹ , E*² and body ground
Short circuit
- If there is continuity, there is a short circuit. Repair or replace the harness.
  - Fuel pump unit terminal C*¹ , A*² and body ground
  - Fuel pump unit terminal B*¹ , E*² and power supply
