STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	CHECK CIRCUIT (DL) FOR VOLTAGE Key OFF. Disconnect: Driver power window switch 0912-201. Measure the voltage between driver power window switch 0912-201 pin 1, circuit (DL) and ground. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?	Yes	Carry out the driver window control switch component test. See appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. If the switch tests OK, go to step 3.
1		No	Go to next step.
2	CHECK CIRCUIT (DL) FOR AN OPEN Key OFF. Disconnect: Smart junction box (SJB) J-2280C. Measure the resistance between driver power window switch 0912-201 pin 1, circuit (DL) and SJB J-2280c pin 20, circuit (LB/B). Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Install a new SJB. See SMART JUNCTION BOX (SJB) . Test the system for normal operation.
2		No	Repair circuit (LB/B) for an open. Test the system for normal operation.
3	CHECK CIRCUIT (R), (T/LB) AND (W/B) FOR AN OPEN Key OFF. Disconnect: Power window motor, driver side front 0912-204. Measure the resistance between driver power window switch: 0912-201 pin 6, circuit (T/LB) and power window motor, driver side front 0912-204 pin 2, circuit (R). 0912-201 pin 1, circuit (W/B) and power window motor, driver side front 0912-204 pin 1, circuit (W/B). Are the resistances less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Install a new driver power window motor. See FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR AND MOTOR . Test the system for normal operation.
3		No	Circuit (W/B), repair circuit (W/B) for an open. Test the system for normal operation. Circuit (R), (T/LB), go to step 4.
4	CHECK CIRCUIT (T/LB) FOR AN OPEN Measure the resistance between driver power window switch 0912-201 pin 6, circuit (T/LB) and SJB J-2280C pin 29, circuit (T/LB). Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Go to next step.
4		No	Repair circuit (T/LB) for an open. Test the system for normal operation.
5	CHECK CIRCUIT (R) FOR AN OPEN Measure the resistance between power window motor, driver side front 0912-204 pin 2, circuit (R) and SJB J-2280c pin 13, circuit (R). Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Carry out the one-touch down relay component test. See appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. If the switch tests OK, install a new SJB. See SMART JUNCTION BOX (SJB) . Test the system for normal operation.
5		No	Repair circuit (R) for an open. Test the system for normal operation.
