Oil Filter Replacement
- Remove the oil filter using the filter wrench.
- Use a clean rag to wipe off the mounting surface on the oil cooler.
- Apply clean engine oil to the O-ring of new oil filter.
- Install the oil filter until the O-ring contacts the sealing surface of the oil cooler.
- Tighten the filter 3/4 turns using the filter wrench.
CAUTION:
- In case you spill engine oil on the protector under the filter, wipe it off cleanly. If you fail to wipe the spilled oil, it will produce white fumes because of the heat.

- Start the engine and inspect for oil leakage.
- Inspect the oil level.
