DTC P0122 [AJ] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSES

TP circuit low input |
| DETECTION CONDITION |
- If PCM detects TP sensor voltage at PCM terminal 40 below 0.16 V
after key to ON, PCM determines that TP circuit has a malfunction.
Diagnostic support note
- This is a continuous monitor (CCM).
- The MIL illuminates if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition in the first drive cycle.
- PENDING CODE is available if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
- DTC is stored in the PCM memory.

- TP sensor malfunction
- Connector or terminal malfunction
- Open circuit between TP sensor terminal B and PCM terminal 40
- Short to ground circuit between TP sensor terminal B and PCM terminal 40
- Open circuit between TP sensor terminal C and PCM terminal 33
- Short to ground circuit between TP sensor terminal C and PCM terminal 33
- PCM malfunction
