DTC U0100 DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSES

TCM cannot receive any signals from PCM |
| DETECTION CONDITION |
- TCM cannot receive any signals from PCM.
Diagnostic support note:
- This is continuous monitor (CCM).
- MIL illuminates if TCM detects the above malfunction condition.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
- O/D OFF indicator light flashes.
- DTC is stored in TCM memory.

| POSSIBLE CAUSE |
- Short to ground circuit between TCM terminal 2J and PCM terminal 66
- Short to ground circuit between TCM terminal 2M and PCM terminal 92
- Open circuit between TCM terminal 2J and PCM terminal 66
- Open circuit between TCM terminal 2M and PCM terminal 92
- Short to power circuit between TCM terminal 2J and PCM terminal 66
- Short to power circuit between TCM terminal 2M and PCM terminal 92
- Damaged TCM
- Damaged PCM
