Blower Motor Installation: Notes

- Install the SST to the blower motor. (See BLOWER MOTOR REMOVAL ).
- Install the blower motor with the SST (49 B061 015) installed, to the A/C unit. (See BLOWER MOTOR INSTALLATION NOTE ).
- Install the blower motor cover from the driver's side. (See BLOWER MOTOR COVER INSTALLATION NOTE ).
- Connect the blower motor connector as shown in the figure.
- Install the blower motor cooling pipe.
- Remove the SST (49 B061 015) from the blower motor.
- Install the airflow mode actuator. (See AIRFLOW MODE ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Install the air guide.
- Connect the resistor connector. (Manual air conditioner)
- Install the lower panel. (See LOWER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Install the hood release lever from the lower panel. (See HOOD LATCH AND RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Install the blower case.CAUTION:
- Install the blower case while pressing the dashboard insulator, otherwise the blower case could be damaged.
- Connect the air intake actuator connector.
- Install the following parts:
- Auto leveling control module
- Car-navigation unit (See CAR-NAVIGATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- PJB and PJB bracket (See PASSENGER JUNCTION BOX (PJB) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Glove compartment (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front side trim (RH) (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front scuff plate (RH) (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
