ALL POWER WINDOWS ARE INOPERATIVE - PINPOINT TEST REFERENCE

PINPOINT TEST 1		ALL POWER WINDOWS ARE INOPERATIVE
STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	CHECK THE VOLTAGE TO THE DRIVER WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH Key OFF. Disconnect: Driver Window Control Switch 0912-201. Key in ON position. Measure the voltage between driver window control switch 0912-201 pin 5, circuit (GY/Y), harness side and ground. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?	Yes	Go to next step.
1		No	Go to step 3.
2	CHECK THE GROUND TO THE DRIVER WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH Key OFF position. Measure the resistance between driver window control switch 0912-201 pin 2, circuit (B/L), harness side and ground. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Install a new driver window control switch. Test the system for normal operation.
2		No	Repair circuit (B/L) for an open. Test the system for normal operation.
3	CHECK CIRCUIT (GY/Y) FOR AN OPEN Key in OFF position. Disconnect: Smart junction box (SJB) J-2280C. Measure the resistance between driver window control switch 0912-201 pin 1, circuit (GY/Y), harness side and SJB J-2280c pin 16, circuit (GY/Y), harness side. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Carry out the driver window control switch component test. See table at the end of this pinpoint test. If the switch tests OK, see PINPOINT TEST 5: THE DELAYED ACCESSORY RELAY IS INOPERATIVE/DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY , .
3		No	Repair circuit (GY/Y) for an open. Test the system for normal operation.
