Without Cruise Control System

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the fuse block cover.
Remove the panel light control switch. (See PANEL LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Push the tabs of the cruise control main switch and pull the switch out from inside of the dashboard.
Disconnect the cruise control main switch connector to remove the cruise control main switch.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
