NOTE:
If you encounter a customer concern regarding the front windows and sunroof not opening using the keyless entry transmitter, this may be caused by a long pause during the second press of the unlock button. Follow the Opening Procedure below.

Opening Procedure:
- Use the keyless entry transmitter outside of the vehicle.
- Press the Unlock button once, then press again immediately and hold.
System Inspection:
If the Opening Procedure fails, check the following:
- Verify that doors lock and unlock using the keyless entry transmitter (exterior parking lights will flash).
- Verify the front windows/sunroof open using the metal key. Insert the metal key into the driver's door outside cylinder, turn counterclockwise and hold.
- Compare the front windows/sunroof open using a known good car.
- Use IDS to monitor the Advanced Keyless Entry and Start System PID/DataPID NAME REFERENCE
