EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[L3 WITH TC]
1. Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATIONIL3 WITH TC].)
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the charge air cooler cover. (See INTAKE AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[L3 WITH TC].
4. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.
5. Remove the air hose and air duct. (See INTAKE AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[L3 WITH TC])
6. Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT[L3 WITH TC].)
7. Remove in the order indicated in the table.




8. Install in the reverse order of removal
