DTC P2507 [L3] DETECTION CONDITIONS AND POSSIBLE CAUSES

PCM B+ voltage low |
| DETECTION CONDITION |
- The PCM monitors the voltage of back-up battery positive terminal at PCM terminal 1C. If the PCM detected battery positive terminal voltage below 2.5 V
for 5s
, the PCM determines that the backup voltage circuit has malfunction.
Diagnostic support note
- This is a continuous monitor (CCM).
- MIL illuminates if PCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA (Mode 2/Mode12) is available.
- DTC is stored in PCM memory.

- Meltdown fuse
- Short to ground between fuse and PCM terminal 1C
- Poor connection of PCM connector
- Open circuit in wiring between fuse and PCM terminal 1C
- PCM malfunction
