Key Interlock Solenoid Inspection
CAUTION:
- Water or foreign objects entering the connector can cause a poor connection or corrosion. Be sure not to drop water or foreign objects on the connector when disconnecting it.
- Disconnect the key interlock solenoid connector.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the column cover. (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the key interlock solenoid connector.
- Measure the resistance between key interlock solenoid terminals A and B.
