Symptom Troubleshooting

Verify the symptoms, and perform troubleshooting according to the appropriate number.

INTERMITTENT CONCERN TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

1	Any of the following lights are not illuminated when the ignition is switched ON: ABS warning light Brake system warning light TCS/DSC indicator light DSC OFF indicator light
2	Any of the following lights remain illuminated: ABS warning light TCS/DSC indicator light DSC OFF indicator light

4	A malfunction in the system even though the ABS warning light, brake system warning light, TCS/DSC indicator light and DSC OFF indicator light are not illuminated

6	DSC does not work correctly
7	Hill launch assist (HLA) operates even on a down slope
7	Hill launch assist (HLA) does not operate on a slope
8	Smart City Brake Support (SCBS) indicator light (amber) stay on

*1: DSC system function contains traction control function. TCS/DSC indicator light turns on and off while TCS operates

*2: TCS/DSC indicator light turns on and off while DSC operates
