DTC U0420:68 (LASER SENSOR) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

DTC	U0420:68	Abnormal message from EPS control module
DETECTION CONDITION	Correct data cannot be received from EPS CM
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION	Inhibits the smart city brake support (SCBS) controls. Illuminates the master warning light The message "SCBS Inspection Required" is indicated in the display.
POSSIBLE CAUSE	EPS CM malfunction
