DTC P0712:00 (FS5A-EL) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| DETECTION CONDITION |
- TFT sensor voltage is 0.12 V or less for 150 s /60 s Diagnostic support note
- The check engine light illuminates if the TCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
- The automatic transaxle warning light illuminates if the TCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
- PENDING CODE is available.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
- The DTC is stored in the TCM memory.

- Coupler component connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to GND in wiring harness between TFT sensor and TCM terminal AA
- TFT sensor malfunction
- TCM connector or terminal malfunction
- TCM malfunction
