DTC U2005:86 [Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) Control Module]: Notes

DTC U2005:86 (ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Error signal received from PCM
Detection condition	The AFS control module received vehicle speed signal error from the PCM for 5 s or more with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).
Fail-safe	The swivel actuator is moved to the center. The headlight leveling actuator is stopped at the position when the malfunction is determined.
Possible cause	DTCs are stored in the PCM. PCM malfunction AFS control module malfunction
