Rear Abs Wheel-Speed Sensor Removal/Installation
- Remove the following parts:
- Rear package tray (See REAR PACKAGE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk covering (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk board (with trunk board) (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear scuff plate (See REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear seat cushion (See REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear center seat belt lower anchor installation bolt (See REAR CENTER SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear seat back (See REAR SEAT BACK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk side trim (See TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor connector.
- Partially peel back the rear mudguard. (See REAR MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Detach the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor wiring harness from the clip.
- Press the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor tab and press out the sensor toward the outside of the vehicle.
- Remove in the order indicated in the table.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- After installation, verify that there is no twisting in the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor.
