DESCRIPTION AND POSSIBLE CAUSES

Description
  • The liftgate stops or reverses during auto open/close operation with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).
Possible Causes
  • Dirt or foreign matter (reflective object) on power liftgate (PLG) touch sensor
  • Power liftgate (PLG) control module malfunction
  • Power liftgate (PLG) touch sensor malfunction
