| 2 | VERIFY ELECTRIC POWER STEERING (EPS) CONTROL MODULE DTCs

Yes | Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [ELECTRIC POWER STEERING (EPS)] .) |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 3 | VERIFY IF MALFUNCTIONING LOCATION IS ELECTRIC POWER STEERING (EPS) CONTROL MODULE DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY

Yes | Replace the electric power steering (EPS) control module, then go to the next step. (See STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |

| 4 | VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

Yes | Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
