| 2 | VERIFY IF MALFUNCTIONING LOCATION IS INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY

Yes | Replace the instrument cluster, then go to the next step. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 3 | VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

Yes | Replace the power liftgate (PLUG) control module, then go to the next step. (See POWER LIFTGATE (PLUG) CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |
