DTC B1041:54 (AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE) DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step	Inspection		Action
1	PERFORM HEADLIGHT AUTO LEVELING SYSTEM INITIALIZATION Perform headlight auto leveling system initialization. (See HEADLIGHT AUTO LEVELING SYSTEM INITIALIZATION .) Clear the auto leveling control module DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE] .) Retrieve the auto leveling control module DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE] .) Is the same DTC displayed?	Yes	Perform the headlight auto leveling system initialization again, then go to the next step. (See HEADLIGHT AUTO LEVELING SYSTEM INITIALIZATION .)
1		No	Go to Step 3.
2	VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED Clear the auto leveling control module DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE] .) Retrieve the auto leveling control module DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE] .) Is the same DTC displayed?	Yes	Replace the auto leveling control module, then go to the next step. (See AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED Are any other DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE] .)
3		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
