DTC B1041-54: Headlight Auto Leveling System Initialization Error (Adaptive Front Lighting System): Notes

DTC B1041:54 (ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Headlight auto leveling system initialization error
Detection condition	Ignition is switched ON (engine off or on) and headlight auto leveling system initialization is not performed.
Fail-safe	The swivel actuator is moved to the center. The headlight leveling actuator is stopped at the position when the malfunction is determined.
Possible cause	Headlight auto leveling system initialization error AFS control module malfunction
