Headlight Leveling Switch Inspection

NOTE:

The headlight leveling switch is integrated with the cluster switch.
For the headlight leveling switch removal/installation, refer to "CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION" (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Driver-side front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Driver-side front side trim (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Cluster switch (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Verify that the resistance between the cluster switch terminals is as indicated in the table.

If not as indicated in the table, replace the cluster switch. (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
