DTC U2300-54: Configuration Data Not Received From Instrument Cluster [Retractable Hardtop Control Module]: Notes

DTC U2300:54 (RETRACTABLE HARDTOP CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description	Configuration data not received from instrument cluster
Detection condition	The retractable hardtop control module cannot receive configuration data from the instrument cluster with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).
Fail-safe	Stops retractable hardtop operation
Possible cause	NOTE: To correctly write the configuration data, sent from the instrument cluster to the retractable hardtop control module, to the retractable hardtop control module, 30 s or more need to have elapsed since the ignition was switched ON (engine off or on). DTCs are stored in the instrument cluster. Instrument cluster configuration not performed Instrument cluster internal memory malfunction Retractable hardtop control module malfunction
